Whitehall Hydrotherapy Physical Therapy Soaking Equipment/Unit. Model is E2211, I believe as it is wore off. Unit comes with a hose and some disinfectant cleaner, some is missing out of the bottle. Hydrotherapy unit lowers and raises and can be removed for storing or cleaning.
